Q + A

Are there any events planned?

Yes! We would love to host you all for the rehearsal dinner and the goodbye brunch (see home page for details). Aside from that, please feel free to enjoy your time in Vegas. If you prefer not to join in on either meal, that is okay, too. Just RSVP!

Are children invited?

No, unfortunately we have opted for a kid-free weekend. The El Cortez is a 21+ Hotel and Casino. We hope you have time to schedule child care.

Where are we staying?

We have a room block reserved at the El Cortez Hotel and Casino in Fremont. Please book your room online under our wedding party (Guest Code: WEDJC1026) by September 1st. You may also call the El Cortez and book it under the wedding party, "Barrett/Ross". If you'd like to stay elsewhere, you can! Just be mindful of traveling to and from our events.

Transport to and from the ceremony

We have reserved transportation for our guests to and from the Neon Museum. Transport will begin at 4:30 pm on October 4th. When you are ready to make your way to the ceremony, please find the pick up location at the front of the El Cortez. After the ceremony, transport will still be available to take you back to the El Cortez for the Reception.

Airport Transportation

The El Cortez offers a free shuttle service to and from the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) from 7AM-2PM daily. Prior to arrival, please call the El Cortez to check on availability of the shuttle during your arrival day/time.

Where is the registry?

Please find the link to our registry in the "Registry" tab on the Home page. We have opted for a cash registry to get our lives started. If there is a gift you feel you'd very much like us to have, please feel free to do so. We will happily accept any gift.

When should we arrive?

Our room blocks will be available from Friday (10/02) to Monday (10/05). The bride and groom will arrive by Thursday and will be happy to start our festivities with you then. You are more than welcome to arrive early and stay late.
